Mr. Tsai, Cing-yuan, chairperson of the board, established the Jindian Group in 1986 and focused on publishing and books business. After 20 years of growth, the Group has expanded its businesses to the operation of a university and an international tourism hotel, multinational animation production, leisure and sports, and hospitality management in Taiwan and China.
Mr. Tsais businesses include Garden Villa, Diwan University, Jindian Bookstore, Shuidu Water SPA, Shuidu Garden Restaurant, Jingcai International, Nanyun Railway Transportation, and investments in Milky Way Publishing (Hong Kong) and Hunan Hongmong Milky Way Media.
